In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "af77," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the af77 gaming platform, its operators, and its duly authorized agents holding a valid PAGCOR gaming license and operating the website at af77.biz.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the af77 website, mobile-optimized site, any associated applications, game software, and all services offered through af77.biz.
• "Account" — refers to the personal member account created by a registered user of the af77 Platform.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an af77 Account and uses the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player from their own personal payment instruments, excluding bonus funds or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional value granted by af77 that are subject to separate wagering or withdrawal conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR and applied by af77 to all registered accounts prior to withdrawal or at af77's discretion.
• "PAGCOR" — The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operators in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the af77 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the af77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the af77 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use an af77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. af77 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming laws.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of af77, nor an immediate family member of such persons, unless af77 has provided written authorization.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the af77 Platform by self-exclusion request, regulatory directive, or af77's administrative decision.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion registry applicable under PAGCOR's licensing framework.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party when registering or using an af77 Account.

To access real-money gaming features on af77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the Platform. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) af77 Account. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

af77 is required by PAGCOR to conduct KYC verification. You consent to providing any of the following documents upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement showing your registered address)
• Proof of ownership of payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by af77 to comply with its PAGCOR licensing obligations or anti-money laundering requirements

af77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your af77 login credentials, including your registered mobile number or email address, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account.

You must not share your af77 account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account. af77 will treat all actions taken using your login credentials as actions authorized by you, and you accept full liability for all such actions.

You must notify af77 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, any unauthorized use of your credentials, or any security breach that may affect your Account.

af77 accepts deposits from verified Account holders through the following payment methods currently available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the Cashier section of your af77 Account and may be updated from time to time.

6.1 Source of Funds: By depositing funds into your af77 Account, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources, belong to you personally, and are not the proceeds of any illegal or criminal activity. af77 is required by law to report suspicious transactions.

6.2 Deposit Limits: af77 provides voluntary deposit limit controls accessible from your Account settings. Players are strongly encouraged to set deposit limits consistent with their personal financial circumstances. Responsible gaming deposit limits, once set, may not be reduced during a cooling-off period.

6.3 Failed Deposits: af77 is not liable for deposits that fail to reach your Account due to errors by your payment provider, incorrect account details entered by you, or network failures outside af77's control. Contact af77 support with your transaction reference number if a deposit does not appear within the stated processing time.

Verified af77 Account holders may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. af77 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay.

7.1 Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. af77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

7.2 Payment Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed to the registered Philippine mobile number on your Account. Bank withdrawals are processed to a Philippine bank account in your verified name.

7.3 Processing Time: Standard e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are processed within five (5) minutes for amounts within standard daily limits. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of exceptional volume.

7.4 Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The status of wagering requirements is displayed in your Account's Bonus section.

7.5 Withholding: af77 reserves the right to withhold or delay processing of withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, unresolved identity verification issues, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

af77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Account holders as specified in the individual promotion terms. af77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or any related winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement for af77 welcome bonuses is fifteen times (15x) the bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire fourteen (14) days after activation unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your af77 Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus before completing existing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse: af77 reserves the right to void bonuses, close Accounts, and withhold associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or other activity designed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
• Changes: af77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect wagering requirements already being fulfilled by a Player.

All games offered on the af77 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering. af77 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

9.1 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that disrupts a game in progress, af77 will endeavor to restore the game to its last verifiable state. If restoration is not possible, af77 may void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager to the Player's Real Money Balance.

9.2 Bet Validity: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and accepted by the af77 system. A bet displayed as "pending" has not yet been confirmed. af77 is not liable for bets that are not accepted due to system issues, insufficient balance, or technical errors.

9.3 Live Casino: For live dealer games, the decisions of af77's live dealers are final for all in-game actions, including card draws, wheel spins, and dice outcomes. Video recordings of live dealer sessions are maintained by af77 and may be used to resolve disputes.

9.4 Sportsbook: Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the governing body or official source for that sport. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, applicable betting rules for the specific market will apply as set out in the af77 sportsbook rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the af77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the af77 Platform, whether under your own identity or under a false or borrowed identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with af77
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your af77 Account
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in card games, live casino, or any multiplayer gaming environment on the Platform
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the af77 Platform for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the af77 deposit or withdrawal system
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorization, or on behalf of a person in such a jurisdiction
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing af77 staff, live dealers, or other Platform users via any communication channel
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account suspension, or blocking measure applied to your Account

af77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent risk and that a minority of players may develop problematic gaming behaviors. af77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits can be reduced immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set maximum session duration limits that will automatically log you out after the specified time.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per gaming session, day, week, or month.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the af77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of twelve (12) months.

All content on the af77 Platform, including but not limited to the af77 brand name, logo, game software, graphics, user interface design, text, images, audio, video, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to af77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the af77 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the af77 Platform for any commercial purpose without af77's express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, af77's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance in your af77 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

af77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if af77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

af77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

af77 collects and processes personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at af77.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

af77 may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies in connection with its legal and regulatory obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of af77's privacy obligations to you.

af77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, af77 will provide notice to registered Account holders via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the af77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. af77 operates under a gaming license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless the parties agree in writing to submit the dispute to alternative dispute resolution as described in Section 17.

In the event of a dispute between you and af77 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Submit your complaint to af77 support via live chat or at [email protected], describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. af77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalated Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to af77's compliance team. An escalated response will be provided within ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 — PAGCOR Complaint: If your dispute remains unresolved after completing af77's internal resolution process, you have the right to submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing af77's gaming license. PAGCOR's contact information and complaint procedures are available on PAGCOR's official government website.
